It likes to disconnect and it takes a tech-suavey person to get reconnected. Make sure it doesn't see any other wifi, or it likes to get stuck. I simply clear cache, and data, then reinstall. But, for the price & size, and what I wanted it for, it works quite fine. Take note of the instructions, as limited as they are.

People see products on tik tok and ask me to order and help them with it. People who don't know much about tech and stuff buy from tik tok, I have noticed. Ok so this cam arrive and it just did not work/connect /charge or anything. I got to get the image once. Ok, let me try and connect again to make it simple for the person, it did not happen. I wasn't able to get an image again. Garbage.

Horrible!! In order to see up the camera you are REQUIRED to download the app and see up an account and provide a credit card. it says it WILL NOT charge the card unless you buy something. however, as soon as I put in my card it charged me $34.55!!!! DON'T BUY. There are lots of economical camera choices that don't require a credit card.
