Absolutely awful and unusable app. Extremely slow, sometimes buttons just don't work, sometimes it says the printer is low on paper while in reality it's not, sometimes it just doesn't see the printer, right now I can't print the document because after sending it to print it just crashes, the desktop app for windows is even worse, this entire experience makes me want to learn to code and figure out how to make an app for this and connect it to my printer.

Needs restarting, rebooting of devices and printers pretty much for every use. Wish I'd been able to test before purchasing HP printer. I'm quicker transferring to a physically connected device. Not what I invested in. Such are tech companies.. Has absolutely no troubleshooting functionality, if the printer or software doesn't behave as expected the only option is to throw it out and buy new, or continuously and fruitlessly restart the advised sequence.

Most of the time, the app doesn't register that my printer is connected or available. Only fix is to unplug and reboot. Also, I don't care for the fact that you are "recommended" to buy ink & paper thru Instant Ink and are charged a monthly fee for printing, even with products that are bought elsewhere. They are ultimately charging you for 2 services, which is ridiculous since I paid for the printer. That should be enough. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
