Love this app and my printer! My one and only complaint is that there is no capability to connect to a computer or laptop so I have to do all of my label printing from my phone. No big deal and easy work-around. Otherwise, Im extremely happy with the Labellife product. Works perfectly every single time! And Im an ebay seller so I use it a lot. 😊

Was working perfectly fine until the latest update. Now the printer won't stay connected all the time and I have to flip the power switch off and on. Now I'm having a problem saying my file is a non pdf file even though I've been using this to print my labels from the beginning and it is a pdf file. Very frustrating.

Labelife app keeps crashing, I can't even open it. It's been doing that for about a month now. I've researched the problem and did everything that is suggested to get it going again and NOTHING! The printer is useless without the app, it's an expensive paper weight! This needs to be fixed asap! Many complaints about the app not working/closing when you open it and still NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE COMPLAINTS! BUT they are still selling this printer on Amazon and are knowingly ripping people off!
