Ratings and reviews

Tried installing this on behalf of a family member. What is the point, of an app that won't load - at all - on Android. Continuous "Looks like something went wrong" errors. Tried uninstalling and re installing but no good - in so many ways... UPDATE : Just under 4 months to get a response from Cotton Traders asking me to check my internet connection and turn everything off and on again - like that hadn't occurred to me at the time. I moved on the same day, so 4 months for a reply....

Could not find items in catalogue when searched with item code. Also there wasn't an option in women's tops etc. to put in size required or check availability but this option came up for bags!! Tried literally for hours to place an order for a top. Even different ones. Have up and ordered a bag. Have phoned before and been very happy with the service until I got the phone bill!! Very expensive.

absolute rubbish system. I tried to order via the app, fine. But I wanted other items and they were out of stock. so I tried to add them to a wish list, but it won't add out of stock items, so what's the point of a wish list if you can only add items they have got. Then worst of all, when I got back to my shopping bag the colour had changed, so I ordered the wrong thing. when I tried to ring to change it, we ran out of credit on both our mobile phones, it was such a premium rate number.
