Think the pickers should take more time checking product dates!You do a weekly shop and some stuff has to be used the next day after delivery !Also I scanned an item I wanted to order and it come up as something entirely different so I had to go to Asda and buy it !
Customer services needs a bit work I do my weekly shop from tesco and asda but I would definitely say tesco's customer services far better than asda as they bring always my shopping in the kitchen but asda drivers always refuse. ...other than good deals
Driver late Sometimes the click and collect van doesn't turn up on time which means you have to reorder your groceries and pay for it again. Ten days later they will put the money for the original order back into your account without interest. Call centre staff are like robots and will irritate. Tesco do a better job.
Makes life easier! Have been using Asda online delivery for about 18 months, usually 1 delivery every 2 weeks. No problems with the app or the service. Saves me time and hassle - getting heavy items delivered straight to the house is great and I always find the delivery men really pleasant and helpful.

Very good shopping app App is very intuitive and easy to use. Remembers shopping lists, prompts you not to forget regular purchases. Can use browse or search and both deliver relevant results. Area to work on is the recipes section. Once you've added a recipe and want to add another, rather than taking you back to where you were, you have to start all over again, which is frustrating.
