I used to get lots of surveys and points, but it has been over a year since I was last offered a survey, and I am stuck just below the points redemption value. I've searched the FAQ but can't find any way to contact them. filled in a contact form, but it threw up an error when I submitted it, so I'm not sure it worked. It's frustrating as I regularly get emails about points events, but every time I open the app or site, there are no surveys available for me.

Dire. Used to like ipsos & regularly completed surveys when I had spare time. Earned a few Amazon vouchers for my trouble. But a while back every, & I mean every, survey ipsos sent me an email for wasn't available. Not that I failed the screening, it didn't get that far. Even if I clicked on the link as soon as it arrived. Deleted the app but thought I'd give it another go. No change. That's a bit rubbish. Then you have the app. That's dire too but I'm out of space so no way to explain why.

Pointless, finally get it all set up and in the time I've already had it, I've only gained 23 points. Constantly receiving emails saying there's surveys but then when I click in to do them, no where to be found! And then if there is one I'll click and it'll go straight to 'thank you for your time' or will break halfway through. Seems utterly pointless if there's never any surveys to actually do and it doesn't seem to function correctly.
