I've downgraded my score. I'm learning Turkish and the one big flaw is that, if I have to type 2 words say, "kaç tane" (how many) and I type the 1st word, a space and then the 2nd word (as you would normally write it), it's marked as a fail. I have to type the 2 words together then go back and insert the space to be marked correct. What a cockamamie way of doing things!

I have an ongoing issue with the app not recognising accents and circonflex above letters. With or without the accent the app says the submittee answer is wrong. I have tried to contact the customer support team via the app and email for nearly a week, consistently being told I will be contacted within 24 hours, and never receive a response If there is an ongoing bug, announce it. If not, please contact me back. This really does negatively impact the user experience

It works well for me in my target language (Norwegian). But there are no explanations of how the app works. I'm no longer getting any tokens for my reviews. To keep my streak going, I had to redo the whole course again. So a help icon would be useful. Otherwise I'd give 5*. Unfortunately the app no longer connects to the Internet, (everything else does)! So my subscription is coming up next month, I'm sad to say I will not be renewing it.
