Wow, Branch is amazing for disbursing loans immediately you click 'Apply'. I also like the idea of omitting the feature of breaking fixed savings, it makes one to be able to lock funds without any temptation to withdraw the funds before your target date. Thier UI is also very smooth and well organized. But there should be improvement on their settings flexibility, I couldn't remove a bank account that I've already added, that and other few things should be worked on.

it's frustrating to see the app. smooth onboarding, easy to use interface and an overall good appearance. I've been eagerly the deposit money features for about 07 months now. However, in this latest update and reinstalled, they completely ruined it. Instead of adding the feature, they deleted the existing deposits from the money, it was easy to add fund too now it's impossible to create or add new ones. clicking the plus button on the deposit doesn't helpful. Please fixed this technical issues.

Branch is just the best... Though need more improvement on the loan offer. It's usually small amount. Please do something about it. Secondly, the idea of rejecting a customer's loan application because the person is owing another platform is a bad way of managing a business. You don't know what is the reason why the person defaulted, most of the online lending platforms make things difficult for the customers. As long as the person does well with your platform, you should be considerate. Kudos!!
