Dunno what has changed but it used to be great. Now it takes forever to connect to my camera and 90% of the time I have to go to it and restart I despite it not showing any error. Constantly being told the app can't connect and to try again later. Pointless to have a camera if I'm having to walk to it to reset it all the time.

Had this for a few months now. Connection can be spotty but works for the most part. There's an awful delay with not just the camera picking up people but alerting me, and the alert is barely noticeable. I've missed all calls even when I'm on my phone. Most of my alerts are people leaving and not arriving or just not showing anyone. Recording and replay works for the most part, but it struggles sometimes. Picks up sounds brilliantly, and pictures are clear. Monthly cost is around a fiver.

I would advise against it! Consider investing a little more to obtain a more dependable product. They continue to deduct £3.99 from my debit card every month via PayPal, yet no one at PayPal is able to view these transactions, let alone give me a refund. The battery life is short, and it fails to record all events. For instance, it captures my departure but not my return??
