Ratings and reviews

Not the best printing experience, but it's functional, mostly. The interface you get if you're trying to print from your file is extremely restricted, with no option to change position of your print item on the paper, change size or crop, so I often need to go directly into the app and find the file - somewhat defeats the point. The scan function doesn't add a file extension when you choose a file type, which is an absolute pain if I forget and am trying to send formal documents.

Rubbish experience, I have the app to interact with a printer scanner for which I have to pay a subscription. Each time I try to use it, face an issue and the suggestion is to reset the printer. Annoying Camera scan option everywhere!!! If I wanted to scan with the mobile camera I wouldn't have bought a bloody scanner!!!

It’s incredibly hit and miss — apparently the system decides for itself when it actually feels like working. I’m constantly getting errors for low paper, printing failures, documents not printing in full, and ridiculous amounts of lag. And because that clearly isn’t enough, the exact same problems happen when using the web-based app too. Printing from my phone is even better — I get the lovely “Printing unsuccessful” message, only for the printer to suddenly decide, 20 minutes later to print.
