App is fine except for the cash out facility. I have to go via My Bets, rather than having a cash out button alongside the live odds display (as on a PC or on the matchbook website!). also, for some reason, I cannot load race videos. it opens for about half a second and then freezes. this is whether I have a WiFi connection at home or on a 5g data connection! and now I'm having all sorts of trouble viewing in play odds, have to reload it every couple of minutes!

Keep getting a "can't determine your location" message and unable to open the app as a result. This was intermittent, now permanent. GPS is on! Also deposits don't work on the app most of the time, have to use the website. Searching for an event often also doesn't work. Very frustrating as time is money and these things have cost me money and forced me to use a different exchange. EDIT: They've released an update that has made things even worse. Won't even allow me to login at the moment!

If your have a straight forward punt then go ahead but if your a trader then stay as far away from this company as possible. The odds are currupt, you will see it as soon as you look how much difference their is between the back and lay side for each selection. There are more reasons not to use this for trading: 1) not all matches are available in-play, so be careful if your putting a trade in pre-game. 2) they'll suddenly remove certain markets, leaving you stuck in an open position.
