Ratings and reviews

Don't trust what the bank says, basically you apply and they don't let you open the account, I don't trust them to keep the money with them, I don't recommend them, they don't have an automatic verification system, it's nonsense

At first looks quite good and has a veneer of ethics. However things aren't as they seem especially if you interact with support. I asked to update my email contact details and instantly was hit with questions about why I'd want to do such a thing. Had to send bank statements through insecure email as their secure app doesn't support it in chat. Was asked to send photos with face and ID. Was then booted off and lost my account history, as my income wasn't high enough ... For a prepaid card!

Good ethical alternative, easy to use. Would 5 star but find the login really. slow at times.
