Ratings and reviews

The app is temperamental and sometimes non functional. Currently I can't log in since the last update. I was really happy to find this bank because it's ethical but I'm considering closing it because how can you bank with an app-based bank when the app doesn't work? The people are really friendly and helpful when I contact them but this is too much stress tbh

At first looks quite good and has a veneer of ethics. However things aren't as they seem especially if you interact with support. I asked to update my email contact details and instantly was hit with questions about why I'd want to do such a thing. Had to send bank statements through insecure email as their secure app doesn't support it in chat. Was asked to send photos with face and ID. Was then booted off and lost my account history, as my income wasn't high enough ... For a prepaid card!

As per another recent review the app doesn't open and I can't access my money. I haven't heard back from customer support. Algbra, it looks like there's a compatibility issue with certain devices, perhaps a recent update or bug? Please get it fixed as some of your customers can't access their money.
