Ratings and reviews

This app is glitchy and inconsistent - half the time it tells me I'm not checked in when I am, and that's if I can even log in to begin with. It doesn't save my login details even when I select "Remember this device", and far too often I go through the lengthy login/authentication process only to then stare at the app logo doing nothing until I give up and have to go through the whole process again through a browser. One of the worst apps I've ever used - I wish there was an alternative.

You should not have to accept cookies every time you open the app. the Accept all cookies option should not be hidden behind the navigation bar. When you do access the app there should be an option to remember you or use biometrics. There should be an easy way of viewing your annual level balances between dates. Overall this is a poor app which is more annoying than it is useful.

After only 3 weeks of nothing but problems with this (non)App, I've decided to ONLY use the on location device to log in/out for each shift and absolutely nothing else (as far as possible). My co-workers and I are supposed to "check in" on arrival at work, but location detection is completely unreliable even when standing right next to the on location device which (having used only once) may or may not be more reliable. The ambition of this app is excellent, but execution is extremely poor.
