When it works, it works. Payments are sometimes paid within 3 days and have met pleasant clients and worked some interesting shifts. However, when it doesn't work, it's disastrous. Have had to chase clients for payment - please note they are NOT an agency meaning you are self-employed and Responsible for chasing after payments if they're late. (They're almost always late). You are given a rating after every shift which is dependent on if the client likes you or not rather than quality of work

Very good temporary work platform with a very large variety of jobs. Remuneration is good - direct pay within 24 hrs of job completion or weekly terms all detailed when you select the job. Possibility of one off adhoc jobs or regular continous work. Excellent platform which bridges the employment gap between salaried work and no work very well.

I have been trying since last week to get in contact with Temper without any success. I put up my shift for replacement and got a lot of applicant, but when it came to aacceptany , couldn't. I opened a chat with them, astill waiting for a response. I send them an email without getting a reply. I called them multiple times, and no one picked up. Now I got a no-show for something that wasn't my fault. A problem that could have had an easy fix hasn't been. I wont be paying for an undeserved no-show
