Ratings and reviews

Its ok. The jobs are few and far between. Pay rates of less than £5 for some jobs seem pointless. I do laugh when I see there is a bonus of only a £1 for certain tasks. Usually fairly straight forward and the app works well. I have had one job where the location was incorrect and visited a different village completely. No way of giving feedback on this, so cost money that occassion. But it is an ok way of getting a small amount of extra pennies every so often.

Download this app if you want to work for free. I've used it happily for years, doing high street shop audits for a bit of extra cash. Recently, jobs started failing despite completing them fully meaning no payment or reimbursement received. Even though I had a 100% pass rate, all of my jobs began to fail due to obscure reasons. Most recently I was failed for not photographing a nonexistent car park at my "local" shops. Support argued it exists, but I know it doesn't. Shepper owes me money.

Rarely has live jobs available, and on one occasion after I completed the task I was 'failed' and not paid because of an arbitrary decision that I hadn't taken long enough over it. I guess I could have stood in the shop for another 15 mins doing nothing but that seemed pointless as I'd completed the work. I drove to complete this task so they've basically taken money out of my pocket. No way to appeal the decision. The app is also clunky to use. Not recommended, don't waste your time.
