Enjoyed pia for a couple years but it no longer works for me (disney+). I guess they've implemented auto renew for yearly plans. It auto renewed for a year i don't want and they don't allow refunds. When I contacted them, they gave me trouble shooting steps that didn't work, and ignored my refund request. Shady auto renewal practice.

EDIT: Getting a response from AI makes it worse. If no human is ever going to act on my review, don't respond. -1 star. No longer works over cellular, only on Wi-Fi. Bug has persisted for the last two months. While I'm connected to Wi-Fi, the VPN will function perfectly. But if I switch to cellular I get 0 bites per second. If I turn off PIA VPN on cellular, I then go back to full speeds. So it's clearly an issue with the app. Lack of functionality on cellular, means it's useless.

App struggles to both acquire and maintain a VPN connection. I'm constantly having to fight with it just to keep it working. It should just be as simple as setting and forgetting it but apparently not. Sometimes it just fails to connect while at others it just refuses to even try and I have to force-stop just to get it to cooperate. PIA seriously needs to work on the mobile app's reliability as I don't have this issue with the desktop app.
