i would give a 5 except the food logging is very limited and i havent figured out how to add foods not in your data base. It makes it hard to get accuracy on something im paying extra for. Edit: I figured out how to log my food individually so 5 stars. Im learning alot about what to eat and what my ideal fasting window is for overnight.

last updated 8/23/25 and I have lost all access to my food. Both app curated list and my custom food list say they are empty. When I try to add food in, it tells me food can not be located. What happened with the update???

Worked great and was very helpful. New update is a disaster and rarely lets the device initialize. Otherwise would be a 5 star review. Updated 7/15 Been in contact with Tech support and they've been very helpful trying to resolve the issue and sending the information over to correct app issues that occurred after update. Consistently reach out for additional information and actively try to fix the problem.
