The Calm Gut app is an evidence-based, audio toolkit designed for long-term relief from IBS symptoms. Combining gut-directed hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques, it helps 'fix' the miscommunication between your brain and gut.

Developed by international psychotherapist Jayne Corner, who has supported thousands of IBS sufferers since 2017, the app combines leading psychological interventions (hypnotherapy & CBT) to reduce gut symptoms and improve quality of life. This approach has been found as successful for managing IBS as an elimination diet*.

This app has been a fantastic tool to help me to reduce my hypersensitivity and hypervigilance by helping me to understand why I have experienced these. Along with the guidance from a nutritionist, I have been able to reintroduce a wide range of healthy food. I can't recommend the app enough -it has so many useful programmes, hypnotherapy sessions, breathing techniques and relaxation advice. All the information is easy to understand and Jayne's voice is easy to listen to. Well worth subscribing.

I was sceptical at first. I am now 8 weeks into the app, and I can honestly say it is now beginning to make a difference to my symptoms. I also understand what is happening inside and am so much more prepared to cope with setbacks as I continue my journey to good health and happiness. I would recommend this app to anyone who truly wants to be free of symptoms that are preventing them from living life to the full. Jayne has the most comforting, powerful voice that you know you can trust.

Wow! I really wanted to try hypnotherapy for my IBS and was let down by nerva so almost gave up. This app is SOOO much better. Loads of resources, easy to navigate. Where the other app felt all about making money from my ibs - this one seems to really care. Her voice is so calming and the sessions I've done so far have been spot on. Too early to say if it helps my symptoms but I already feel a lot more relaxed and hopeful. Also, option to pay monthly makes it more affordable too. Thank you!!
