As they mentioned all the perks like you can register your claim for yourself, within a minute your insurance claim gets approved all the things are nonsense and useless. The claim process is very complicated it is not smooth as they mentioned in the advertisement. I had registered the claim it takes almost 40 minutes to register the claim with details and after that they mentioned we will arrange a call back for you then you have to wait for the call then the things get processed in 2-3 days.

It's understandable they suggest we install the app for an easy claim process. but requiring that I install it to download the policy document is ludicrous! the document was never shared on email (maybe it went to junk cuz acko sends too many of those and contacts you without asking to be contacted to upsell) the experience I've had with a claim in the past has been good - but stop being unreasonable. Never had to install an app to download a policy in the past 15 years using motor insurance

One of the worst insurance experiences ever. After filing a claim, they denied it by giving all sorts of unreasonable excuses. What is even more frustrating is that, instead of giving a clear decision, they kept me engaged and harassed me for 2–3 days, making me feel as though the claim was being processed, only to deny it later.
