Very disappointing service I booked a driver through the DriveU app but the service was extremely unprofessional. Yesterday, a driver was shown as booked, but the details suddenly disappeared. Today, my travel time was 9 AM, and even 30 minutes before the ride, there was no driver confirmation. I had to contact them myself, and only after 15–20 minutes did they inform me that no driver was available and cancelled the ride. They should have informed me in advance so I could arrange an alternative

Do not trust them. They confirm your booking, but then they will cancel it at the last minute. This appears to be a convenient strategy for them: by confirming your booking, they prevent you from arranging a driver through another agency. When they eventually cancel at the last minute, other agencies may also require time to arrange an alternative driver, leaving you stranded. What is even more frustrating is their shameless customer support. They simply respond, “

Unreliable and horrible is an understatement. Even after booking in advance with drivers reserved/assigned ,there will be last minute cancellation 2 mins before trip time. They feel they are doing a free service to mankind...and customer support??? The only word to describe that is "ZERO " Their cancellation score for me: 3 in 5 days.
