I had booked for a driver a day in advance because I had an exam the next day. No driver was allotted even before 30 minutes of my booking. I still kept waiting and it costed me a Huge delay. This service is honestly just useless. Whatever review you see here on playstore is just PR stunt to promote their app.

Very disappointing experience. I had clearly mentioned Doddanekundi as the service location, but the driver initially went to Silk Board, causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience. This shows poor coordination and lack of attention to customer instructions. When I contacted customer support via chat, the response was rude and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked for additional payment, which is completely unacceptable since then mistake was on their end worst service.

Unreliable service. I booked a drver two days in advance for my son's entrance exam for BITS. Before 30 minutes, I was informed that they could not arrange a drive for me. We struggled a lot in reaching the exam center. Very poor service.
