DigiLocker is a key initiative under Digital India, the Government of India's flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. Very poor experience,I am going to give it 0 stars rating. The app doesn’t even open after installation. It constantly shows “Oops,something went wrong. Please try again later.” Internet connection is fine and I’ve already tried restarting the phone and clearing cache, but nothing works. If an app can’t even launch, it’s completely useless. Very bad developer.

DigiLocker is a very useful and well-designed app for accessing important documents digitally. It has made document storage and verification much easier and more convenient. However, I would like to highlight one issue: the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) Class 10th data for the 2017 batch is currently not available on the app. I kindly request the DigiLocker team to please include and roll out the PSEB 10th 2017 batch data in the next update. This addition would be very helpful for many us

DigiLocker is a very useful and secure app for storing important documents digitally. It saves time and reduces the need to carry physical documents everywhere. The app is easy to use and linked with government issued IDs. Documents can be accessed anytime, anywhere on a mobile phone. Overall, DigiLocker is a reliable and convenient digital service.
