DigiLocker is a key initiative under Digital India, the Government of India's flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. Very disappointed with . Whenever I open the app and click on “Get Started,” it suddenly crashes and sends me back to the home screen. I tried multiple times, updated the app after getting a bug warning, and even reinstalled it, but the problem continues. I am a college student and my important results and documents are stored here. This issue is causing serious inconvenience. Please fix it as soon as possible.

Terrible experience. Takes forever to access documents. Even logging in is a tedious process because they don't send otps on time and if we try 2 times more it blocks our account. It also logs out on its own. The only function of this app is to block our access to our documents. It's probably more useful as a government spying app than a document accessing app for citizens. The least our government can do is hire good app developers instead of wasting tax payers money and time.

This is a completely useless app. If you don’t open it for 10–15 days, it forces an update and then makes you log in again. In an emergency, who has time for updates and repeated login steps? The password reset process is slow and frustrating, so if you forget your password, you’re stuck. An app meant for urgent use should provide instant access, not unnecessary hurdles. Very poorly designed and unreliable. Totally disappointing experience.
