I am very disappointed with this app because I cannot download my statement. Every time I try, it shows that the feature is not supported. A statement is an important document, and users need it for personal records, bank work, and other official purposes. I have tried multiple times, checked my internet connection, and updated the app, but the problem is still there. The app should provide a simple and reliable option to download statements without any errors. Please fix this issue immediately

After updating the app on June 7, 2026, the app says does not meet security requirements. Android 10. Poco. Have cleared cache, scanned with Play protect, have run Avast security, but to no avail. Please rectify with an update soon. And many are facing the same issue, as evident from YouTube videos. Thank you for your concern and prompt action. The matter has been resolved with the new update.

I don't know what happened with this app Very disappointing experience with DigiLocker. I have been registered on this app for 1–2 years. Recently, I forgot my security PIN and wanted to reset it. However, for the last 1–2 months, the app has been continuously showing "Your account is temporarily locked." I am unable to access my account or reset my PIN. There is no clear explanation or solution provided. Please fix this issue and improve customer support.
