I had a very disappointing experience with the Bebetta app. Despite spending time and effort accumulating 2,752,000 coins, my coin balance suddenly dropped to zero on November 28th. For information on the matter, I reached out to their customer service via email, but never received any response. This app seems to be nothing more than a waste of time, with no real support or meaningful features. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable or rewarding app.

After I subscribed to this app it stopped uploading bills and after several complaints also, no body is rectifying the glitch and solving the matter. My username is user_khemka and app not working of bills upload from 25th Aug and these people don't care, now it seems that it's just a marketing gimmick so that we waste time on these apps. Sorry to say but don't fall for these apps. I am suffering taking subscription of this app.

App says bill scan karke rewards milenge, but after my bill was approved, the Gems were locked. To claim them, the app asked me to start a 7-day subscription that automatically renews at ₹49. It also showed “Gems expire today,” which creates unnecessary pressure to subscribe. The subscription requirement and auto-renewal should be clearly disclosed before users scan their bills. Please provide a genuinely free option to claim earned Gems.
