Ratings and reviews

Initially, Navi Finserv was great especially with zero processing fees, which made it stand out from other lenders. The process was simple and user-friendly compared to others. But now they’ve started charging a processing fee, which removes their biggest advantage. This was the main reason many users chose Navi in the first place. It’s really disappointing to see them move towards the same practices as other providers. Hope they reconsider this change.

Guys as long as the app is working it's well and good but if you get any trouble regarding payments or something simply switch to other platform because navi's support team is never there to help you. I am getting some problem regarding my mobile verification process. It's now almost 3 month and the issue is still rigid. Now I don't have any other option besides switching the platform. Terrible Team.

The app if nice but the rewards they announce to give and that we get have big difference. there is very much less or almost negligible reward that we receive on second third and subsequent use. It makes difficult to understand they want multiple transaction or only one transaction per day. I suggest more transaction should be rewarded higher rewards .
