Ratings and reviews

Initially, Navi Finserv was great especially with zero processing fees, which made it stand out from other lenders. The process was simple and user-friendly compared to others. But now they’ve started charging a processing fee, which removes their biggest advantage. This was the main reason many users chose Navi in the first place. It’s really disappointing to see them move towards the same practices as other providers. Hope they reconsider this change.

I love 😘the apps! Now downloads are faster and more stable, which really improves the experience overall. Earlier, stopping an entry took several seconds before it actually stopped, and those extra seconds were always added too. Thank you 🤏so much to everyone behind the algorithms! During syncing, the app literally stops responding until everything is finished, making it impossible to use. The app is so much faster to download now, although syncing still happens almost every time something.

overall, a good payment app, with a decent reward system but still you need to work on the app's performance, like the frequent payment cancellation for no apparent reason. Better make sure the payment system does work even in low internet places, it's kind of annoying that it's utterly impossible to pay when your network is slow or lagging.( this doesn't happen in other UPI apps)
