Ratings and reviews

Initially, Navi Finserv was great especially with zero processing fees, which made it stand out from other lenders. The process was simple and user-friendly compared to others. But now they’ve started charging a processing fee, which removes their biggest advantage. This was the main reason many users chose Navi in the first place. It’s really disappointing to see them move towards the same practices as other providers. Hope they reconsider this change.

Very misleading promotional tactics. The app advertises "Win up to 1,000" on UPI payments, but the actual conversion rate is 100 Navi Coins = ₹1. In reality, you only receive around 70 coins (70 paise) per transaction. Using huge numbers like 1,000 to attract users while delivering pennies is completely deceptive. Not recommended for UPI payments.😞😠

The app if nice but the rewards they announce to give and that we get have big difference. there is very much less or almost negligible reward that we receive on second third and subsequent use. It makes difficult to understand they want multiple transaction or only one transaction per day. I suggest more transaction should be rewarded higher rewards .
