"Hi Navi Team, I am really impressed with the app's performance. It is incredibly fast, and the biometric payment feature makes transactions very smooth. Also, the zero platform fees on recharges and bill payments are a huge plus. However, I noticed that the app currently doesn't have a Dark Mode option. Using the bright white interface for a long time, especially at night, is a bit straining for the eyes. It would be great if you could add a Dark Mode toggle in the upcoming updates.

Very poor experience with the Navi app. My account has been blocked with the message “Unusual activity detected” for more than 4 days and I still cannot log in. I am not using VPN, developer options are off, and there is nothing unusual with my device. Because of this I cannot access my UPI services. I already emailed support but there is no proper help yet. Blocking users without clear reason and not resolving the issue quickly is very frustrating. Please improve your security system and custom

It always shows an error of unusual activity even though everything is fine with my device they just block access to my account so that I won't redeem the earned amount. They do scams by doing such cheap tactics. Worst experience ever, I also have 250 on my UPI Lite and have blocked access to my account. I will file a complaint in RBI as my amount is stuck in Upi lite and due to an app issue I am not able to use it. I will file a complaint against them in consumer court as well
