Ratings and reviews

hi the app is good but the feature for perpetual and graphs are too tough and we do not get enough options to make trades in futures even if the fees are too high, I had opened the account and completed the kyc I have very high interest in perps but the feature does not offer advanced thing like other provides we have to switch to advanced more to see a bit more option before we make the postion and for the advanced mode we have to pay high fee but still you do not get enough options there.

(Update: 3/7/26 Despite keeping up with updates this app continues to freeze up and have all sorts of problems. You need to get your app sorted out! If this continues, I will pull all my investments and move to an app that actually works.) I have had a mostly positive experience with Coinbase, but lately, it has been a bit buggy. The app seems to freeze up when I try to look at my crypto holdings. I updated the app, but nothing changed. Hopefully, this is a temporary problem?

Edit: To whoever responded, there's no way to access that link when you can't sign in -- Original: There's something wrong with the app. Yesterday it signed me out, and it wasn't until I uninstalled it and tried going through the browser that I was able to access my account. There's no way to call or email customer service without being able to sign in, which I couldn't do from the browser for a while either.
