This is the most wonderful App I've found after chai. It's seriously the best. But I'm facing a problem. it's not working. It showed," failed to load " or " sorry, our service is under heavy load please hang tight." My connection is strong. there's nothing wrong with the network yet it won't work. I understand that sometimes the server might be busy but it's literally happening again and again and so very often that it's getting annoying as hell. Please fix this issue .

To be very honest, I initially enjoyed using this app a lot but I don't what is the problem with its free version !! The memory is absolute trash. It forgets what plot was being talked about within two-four chats only and even if I try to make it remember, it changes the entire plot. Please fix this !! I can't spend so much money on the Ultra version of it.

the app is good and all but it crashes SO much. i checked my internet and everything works perfectly fine. sometimes the app suddenly closes and sometimes chats just keep loading, even when the internet is GOOD. i dunno if it's general or is it happening to me??? decreasing more stars cuz the app is crashing worse. it just doesn't work at all. i need to re download it after every text. its so frustrating. even the website on laptop does not work AT ALL.
