The app is barely functional and can't watch almost half of the content, subscribed to this for half an year after trying tata binge, realized that binge is a far better alternative. Can't even watch live sports and movies that I've anticipated for and that's just frustrating. Don't understand why this app has overwhelmingly positive reviews, probably bots.

I have tried 2 days before end date yesterday. No option available. WORST APP!! In the beginning of every month recharge , you will be able to see the manage subscription option to cancel the subscription(waste) But before 4-5 days of the end date, that option is not there and the money deducted automatically for next month. After the deduction, you can see that manage subscription option. Also not all given channels available. You need to pay again for the content. THEY ARE JUST FOOLING PEOPLE.

The worst app I have ever encounter encountered. Always restarting. I don't get at one place what all Channels I have subscribed to. Slow and disturbed video streaming, stored videos can't even buffer properly. Once the app crashes, we have to watch from starting again. very frustrating. HT have built a platform for all apps but they don't have proper management. Also, the app is only dark colored, we cant even change dashboard color. please improve. thanks
