I really hated its return policy. I wasn’t aware of it at first. Instead of crediting the return amount back to your bank account, they keep it as a credit voucher, which is valid for only one year. Moreover, they don’t credit the actual amount you paid. They credit only the product amount shown on the website, excluding delivery charges and other charges. On top of that, they deduct ₹99 from the refund amount. Honestly, I think this is one of the worst return policies I’ve ever come across.

Very disappointing return policy. Instead of refunding the money I paid, they provide store credit, which feels like forcing customers to buy something else from their store even when they don't want to. On top of that, they charge ₹99 for the return. So you lose money just for returning a product and are forced to spend the remaining amount with them. Extremely customer-unfriendly policy. Think twice before buying.

Extremely disappointing experience with Littlebox. My order has still not been delivered even after 20 days. I have been contacting customer support almost every day, but instead of providing a proper solution or a genuine delivery update, I keep receiving vague and misleading information. Every time I contact them, I am given another excuse or assurance, but there is no actual progress and no delivery. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Littlebox.
