The service is very bad. they display jewellery that are not available anywhere in their store and once you place order they took more than one and half month to get it done. also once you place the order with them, nothing will be entertained by the customer service. They claim to free return and cancellation but never do that, manipulate customer with false update. go for BLUESTONE, CARATELANE and other Jewellery brand if you want to purchase jewellery online

no delivery ,no refund ,passed 3 months Very disappointing experience with Melorra. My order kept moving between multiple cities instead of being delivered or properly returned. Customer support only kept asking me to wait and failed to provide a clear resolution. Even after the order issue, the refund process was unnecessarily delayed. Poor logistics, lack of accountability, and unprofessional customer service. I expected much better from a jewellery brand. Not recommended.

poor quality jewellary. the earring hinge does not fit and it's loose. and the worst part is they don't have a customer support to initiate the refund. but on their website they advertise it as return in 15 days for online orders. but no customer service to help with the refund and no support. is this a brand or a joke or a scam?? unreasonable and poor craftsmanship and they want people to buy their junk ? horrible I would not recommend buying anything from this brand. no refund till today.
