I placed an order for a diamond gold finger ring, but to my surprise i have not received any order confirmation either on mail or sms even after hours. Instead if I check the order page in Melorra app, it says something like NAN and the app crashes the moment I click on the order details. How to contact the customer care ??

Guys please do not purchase anything from this app. It's been 2 months since I ordered which was suppose to be delivered on Nov. So again they it might take additional 1 month to deliver so I cancelled it 3 weeks back and still no refund. They give all excuses. Planning to lodge a complaint if not refunded within this Friday. Please do t get cheated.

No proper customer care service. There is only message service which is one way only. There is no number you can actually call. The number shown in website doesn't work. I want to cancel my order by showing reviews but u can't. I have to email for that. And they did cancel but they didn't refund the payment. Now i have to pay of 1.5 lakh from credit card for the jwellery i didn't even bought. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Website... 1 month since i cancelled the order, still haven't received refund.
