Ratings and reviews

App is temperamental. When editing wishlist, you will delete/remove one listing from your list, and a completely different listing will be removed. Also today/last night the app updated, and changed from regular UK version of the app, to Air B&B for China? I have no idea how this happened but I had to delete the app from my phone and reinstall. Within the last 3 hours of downloading the app, it has again changed to the Chinese version.

It used to be a good service,but because of advertising on another platforms, hosts don't reply or reply late. The whole idea is destroyed. I rather use a different service where I know I have it booked for 100%. Developers errors are also annoying, when you send a message, you can't add something in the middle of the sentence as the coursor jumps at the end.

Staying with hosts, everything has been excellent. 1 star because the Support and "Ambassadors" of AirBNB are completely incompetent, they have no resources to be able to address problems. Trying to get ahold of Support through the app is next to impossible. You don't hear back from them for 12 hours, then at 2 am they say "we haven't heard back from you, we are closing this case." Stick to hotels/motels if you're looking to travel!
