I installed this app as an alternative to desktop version, but it seems you cannot get full information of a ticket through this app. Upon swiping right to view ticket details, it gives an error "something is not right." It's persistent issue since the time I installed this app. I would like developers to look into it and fix the bug.

It needs a dark mode option and an ability to open the ticket in Freshdesk if you also have that app installed. It would also be helpful to have a "scroll to bottom" button that automatically took you to the bottom of the thread.

You need to include the search function in your app. I will sure come back to rate it better after the search function update.
