Frustrating and time consuming. I could have manually typed in all 240 contacts and their information faster than uploading an Excel file. Just when you think you have it perfect, only two contacts upload and the rest are ridiculous errors. I see the potential but not worth my time.

it's better than the last sales CRM I used. the bottleneck of updating the tasks is made much simpler. I still think it can be better though.If I get a response on this review, I'll drop the feedback.

Unfortunately it's become very unresponsive after recent changes. And the Interface is being tinkered with to make it worse than previously.

What's new

Join Teams meetings from mobile: If you’ve connected your Teams account to the Freshsales web app, use the mobile app to add Teams links to your meetings.

Permission for manual call logs: In the web app, under Admin Settings > Roles, there’s a permission for manual call logs. This extends to mobile now.

Update to deals: In the web app, under Admin Settings > Deals, admins can prevent users from setting past dates as a deal’s expected close date. This extends to mobile now.
