Ratings and reviews

For some reason, many tickers/symbols are missing. This is a very basic requirement. I expected more. edit Aug 19th 2026 after developer response: (downgrade to 1). It's WAY too many tickers. The problem seems to be either of the two, if not both: 1. Your AI search tool which failed to find tickers. 2. Your API you embed with, which clearly failed to display tickers. Another issue: when finding a ticker, it only displays the company stats, but it doesn't offer other tickers from the same sector.

The main reason is that their overnight funding fees are almost double compared to other CFD competitors in the market, which makes it expensive to hold positions overnight. Another issue is the spread. In about 75% of the instruments, the spreads are quite wide compared to other trading platforms. They also need to add more trading instruments, as the current selection feels somewhat limited. Also Cant Place an order at desired price with desired units.

I stopped trading for some days,then when I wanted to start again,it was showing I can't trade. Then I contacted support, someone named Christina,kept me waiting for 2 minutes,and then her reply was you can find the reason for the ticket number so so. In the app I didn't find any tickets. My question is,if I could find the problem by myself then why would I waste my time by contacting support. and then she logged me out.if you can't assist properly please say it,rather than fake trying
