I bought this after reading 2 books with the free version. The customization is just amazing. Typographically gorgeous, you can fine-tune text alignment, typeface, line/paragraph spacing, hyphenation... The app has its dedicated brightness and screen sleep settings so you don't have to fiddle with them every time you open and close the app. Great night theme. My favorite feature is that you can turn pages using the physical volume buttons on your device. Stopped using my Kindle since I use this!

This is an amazing app that I've been using for years. It has most of what you could ever ask for. Three things could take it from very good to perfect though - the ability to easily copy and paste a whole chapter (or as much as possible in a chapter). The ability to add or AI generate pictures/descriptions about the characters. EDIT: there's a glitch with the widget where it mixes the book covers up, when you read them it doesn't change the title order with the book covers.

I have been using Moon+ Reader Pro for many years (since the early 2000s) & it is without a doubt the very best eBook reader available on any platform. I use it to read my large collection of PDF books, comics and magazines. I love the shelf feature where I can browse through my collection and see all the covers in full detail. And also I love the way it can automatically detect the table of contents and allow me to jump to the story I want to read.
