the only reason I ever use this app is the capture gallery, and it barely works. 9 times out of 10 the screenshot refuses to upload and you have to manually refresh it on the console over and over. When the images DO upload you run the risk of the gallery only having your three most recent images on there and nothing else, thus making a once in a while bulk save impossible.

Very laggy with message delays. Doesnt properly display friend list to show if online or not. Imagine having a 2 step verification, changing your number, then trying to sign back in. backup codes are on a destroyed device, then it's impossible getting in contact with Playstation. terrible customer service, they avoid you on purpose by hiding contact information.

The refund policy is way too strict — no refunds once you've started a digital download, even if you've only played a couple minutes and decide the game isn't for you. Steam gives you a 2-hour window, which is way more reasonable. Also don't think PlayStation Plus is worth the cost anymore. On PC you can get a huge library of free-to-play games and don't need a subscription just to play online. Sony should really reconsider both of these if they want to stay competitive.
