Kick is like YouTube if YouTube had free speech and only worked 2/3 of the time you needed it to. Frankly, I appreciate this company but their app is awful - frequent crashes, loses your spot in long VODs (good luck finding it again), won't turn on, won't keep you signed in, will be the first app to tell you it has no signal when the rest of your phone does. At least 50% garbage.

Seems as if the constant crashes have been fixed. (Still crashes, just not nearly as much as before one of the latest updates). PLUS NO FRICKING ADS. Twitch's ads honestly make their platform watchable but I am very happy with Kick as someone who spends A LOT of time being a silent watcher so I notice some things that some others may not. Keep improving, Kick. Amazing entertainment platform for sure.

Worst app on my phone, (ironically) other than Twitch. I don't know what it is about game streaming apps being awful, but at least it's consistent. The app doesn't remember my progress in vods. Idk how this is so hard to implement. It doesn't remember the settings you select in the video player, even if you just closed out and come back to the same video 10 seconds later. Catching the end of a stream gets you stuck with not being able to watch a vod. I could go on, but the review is limited.
