Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing. I thought with all the cute, high-quality guys that I would find a really nice guy, and I would be on here to recommend this app, but I was wrong. First off, you have to subscribe to even be able to see who messaged you and to even reply. Once I did, all interactions slowed down, and I wasn't getting messages. The carousel feature is useless, and the smart pick didn't help with the experience at all. I plan to finish up my subscription and bounce.

Complete trash..... This app makes Tinder look like premium matchmaking. 😂 There is zero ability to filter your results..... and CLEARLY no ability to filter language or threats. I wish you could post screenshots in reviews because this is next level. Ugh. And while I appreciate the response, I have yet to find a "help" or "report" button in the app, or even a way to contact customer service, which is perhaps the worst failing of all. 😂

This app is expensive for its short-term membership considering that it shows you a handful of people to match with and even when you dismiss them it just recycles those through over again. You can reach out to customer service and get a response where they will acknowledge that there is a glitch in the program but they don't do anything to fix it. You also cannot message anybody unless they are an upgraded member no matter what your membership status is.
