Neutron Player is an advanced music player with an audiophile-grade platform-independent in-house developed Neutron HiFi™ 32/64-bit audio engine which does not rely on the OS music player API and thus delivers truly unique experience to you.

I have the paid verison of this app. Audio quality is excellent. But the latest update (yesterday's January 13) makes it crash whenever I open any mp3. Re-installed but same problem. I have an s23 ultra. Hopefully they fix it in the next update Edit: Quick response and fix from the developer team (Jan 14). Mp3 files now work. Great support! Changed rating to 5 star

This was the perfect audio app for me. But lately, its been behaving weirdly and it will remove music source and won't detect them. even though I can open the directory in which the music is. This is frustrating because I try to make playlists using the star rating and every once in a while I have to sift through all the music that get miraculously detected. Also, if the app can support resuming playback from the time stamp during which playback was stopped. This is useful for long audiobooks.

Really is the best music player for Android. It is packed with a ton features and endless possibilities to fine tune tracks to the finest details. It is clearly targeting audiophiles so basic users may get a little overwhelmed with the endless options and features but it really doesn't take long to get used to it. highly recommend app.
