Ratings and reviews

Ive been using YouTubeMusic&Spotify. I tried Melon, and it was incredibly inconvenient. I subscribed to Melon for 3th month because of K-pop idols, and eventually canceled it. How come features that are naturally available on YouTube Music and Spotify haven't been improved even once during the three months of Melon use? Furthermore, I am unable to delete my account through the mobile app simply because I still have a remaining cash balance. This restriction is unreasonable and makes no sense.

Danger of recurring payments that are impossible to stop. There is no easy way to cancel a subscription after you enter your payment information and the app starts charging you monthly. Just search for "melon unsubscribe" on internet and you will find that it is impossible to unsubscribe from the app, and this feature is hidden deep in the desktop version of the website. You should be fair with your customers and let us easily unsubscribe when we want to.

I don't understand the complaints here. Like most korean apps you need a korean phone number. Its for verification. The layout can be confusing at first but once you get used to it, its so helpful! I love this app much more than spotify~ For people who can't understand Korean why don't you just use spotify / Apple Music / Youtube Music? There are tons of Korean songs there too. With so many options why are people bashing a Korean Music App for catering to Koreans only?
