I hate the new update. Login is an issue - I need to login everytime I want to open the app. I cannot access my Mabuhay Miles- cannot check the miles, cannot check if previous miles were addded. Overall, there are too many options - it is more like a webpage than an app. i prefer the older version. I wish there is an option to move back to the previous version.

I have been flying PAL for over 45 years. The app automatically closes your check-in stating that they cannot modify changes or find the booking even if the initial log-in indicates otherwise. This happened for more than 4 flights already. This app has caused alot of problems for families who are supposed to seat together, especially those who have PWD or seniors. This is utterly unacceptable!

PAL lost my luggage during my business flight to the Philippines. They found and return a week after but they did not compensate they delay especially when I received my luggage not in good condition, it was broken! After several attempts contacting them, they did not bother to communicate.
