Not sure what happened, but when I try to search through (shoes for ex), it scrolls back through what it just did. So if I sort by brand, it will go through the first 3 brands and then restart through the first 3 brands. It does this any way it's sorted. It's annoying because now I can't see all of the inventory and I just keep scrolling passed the same stuff I've viewed! Please address and fix!

This is zappos in general and there phone operators. i purchased a pair of Nikes and they were delivered on the 30 august. not 2 wks in do i notice there coming apart at the bottom rubber. 2 wks... so i called the operator and i was told the only thing i could do is shop them back and wait for a refund. I told him i don't want the refund, i want the shoes. He said sorry that's all "we" can do. Well I couldn't wait another month for a pair of shoes i needed 2wks ago. After he hung up on me.

great app but zappos customer service is stellar! beyond compare. they are attentive compassionate & have actionable results
