Ratings and reviews

I recently returned a black top along with other items to About You. Unfortunately, they only acknowledged receiving the other items and claimed they couldn't track my return label due to technical difficulties. This means I'm now charged with an overdue fees for the black top that I clearly returned! My first purchase from About You, and I'm incredibly disappointed with their service. For Swiss customers I would recommend to stick to Zalando.ch instead.

initiative and user friendly, what I like about it is the information about the model and the size that they are wearing, it helps to find the right size for you. also one feature of sorting based on highest sale I found really useful.

App decided to log me out. To log back in, I have set a security key in the past. The inapp browser is preventing me from filling it in since the browser has been reset. Worthless programming if you ask me. Thank you, Tim from ABOUTYOU. Thanks to your useless reaction, I have lowered my rating to 1 star.
