I have used this app for over a year but rarely for calls as various people have told me I sound choppy or very far away when speaking. I mainly text with this service which is good, but you can't receive short code verifications unless you pay. The ads aren't long, so that does not bother me since the service doesn't charge for just texting. I wish that I could save names with the numbers without having to save them to my actual phone contacts list first.

When you receive a call, the high pitch ring tone blasts at full volume on both your ear buds blowing your ears out & your phone. it's incredibly loud & unbearable. There is no way to change this, even if you turn the ring sound function off in the app settings, it still rings & full volume & you can't change anything about it.. can't lower the volume or change the ring sound, or turn it off. absolutely horrible. can't stand this. horrible app. they need to change this.

It's a great app. But, every person I talk to says they can't hear me very well and they say it always sounds like static when I talk. I've tried it on Android and iPhone and it's the same. Both phones get hot when calling out or receiving a call. Sometimes during a call, the audio cuts out at intervals, on, off, on, off, on. I can hear parts of what they're saying. that also happens on both Android and iPhone.
