I have been buying the entire time with my right identity and they did a check up and verified everything again. I had to take another picture to verify the same exact face when I got verified the first time and they said my account is on hold. I email them and they said they're not able to assist me in my transaction. They're not able to verify customers due to these strict restrictions. I don't get and it doesn't make sense if they have verified me before showing my exact face.

Trust wallet has been a great app, until recently. I re-installed the app, recovered my wallet with the seed phrase in order, only to find out that my fund was missing. Like the particular account wasn't showing at all and no there was no suspicious activity I only installed it on a new phone. I've seen so many complaints regarding similar case. @Trustwallet should endeavour to solve this problem. People can't continue losing their funds. It's so painful

One of the worst app I have never seen this kind of app. My account is suspended some of technical reason. but they didn't informed me. that time I transferred my money to wallet they accepted now I am transferring from wallet to other wallet it will not working. Am trying it for more than 7 months. I created ticket also but they are not responding. I am tried many ways there is no proper response from their technical team don't trust this app. Worst app and worst support
