Ratings and reviews

Has a good range of dramas and movies. The app itself is easy to navigate. But it really need to work on synchronising with the website version. I really hate it when I can't continue from where I left when I switched from website to app version or vice versa. I was forced to remember and search where I should continue when I switched my device. It's 2021 and this problem should've been solved already. I will definitely rate it 5 star when this problem is sorted out.

The platform has interesting shows same as other OTT platforms. Negative thing is, when I use the app on my laptop, even with my account, it doesn't seem to recognize where I stopped watching a show therefore I had to find it manually. It's really a nuisance. This doesn't happened when I use the phone. But then you can't expect us to always use phones. Also it doesn't synchronise with the account on the phone. Please make it more convenient. Thank you for your time.

It has some of the good series that I can watch. But the app is not user-friendly enough. the video player is so boring, the forward/rewind button are so uncomfortable to use. Whenever I am scrolling through series to watch, picked one and return to the main page, it went back to the start and I have to scroll it over and over again back to where I left off. After recent update, it has buffering issue. Felt a bit disappointed. I subscribed the monthly plan and I really hope the app can improve.
