DOES NOT WORK. DONT BUY. Used to be pretty good app and product set but they clearly have not kept it updated as wifi and phones have progressed and updated. App will no longer allow connection with wifi switch. Instead it just keeps asking for me to get closer to the switch and to start the set up process over and over again. I have tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, restarting the wifi, and resetting the switch. It's ashame they used to work great

Far exceeded expectations. After countless fails using a different app and body weight scale, I decided to look for the best app, then find a scale. I ended up buying the Etekcity Smart Scale, then downloaded the VeSync app. The app told me exactly what to do and all the data transfers flawlessly. What I didn't realize is, this app offers SO much more (smart home setup, healthy tips, data/trends, recipes, intermittent fasting, meal and exercise plans and more). Couldn't be happier. Ty VeSync!

The new pop up User Agreement issue has been fixed. Thank you. However, I'm disappointed it wasn't caught and fixed prior to initial release of that update. I really like this app. I've been using it for well over a year. It connects easily to my smart scale. The app allows setting weight goals, gives daily reminders, and tracks my weight over time. There are other features that I currently don't use, but may in the future.
