XBOX GAME PASS BETA AGREEMENT

The following terms supplement any software license terms that accompany the Xbox Game Pass App beta.

MICROSOFT SERVICES AGREEMENT. You acknowledge that you have previously agreed to the Microsoft Services Agreement. The Microsoft Services Agreement apply to your use of the Xbox Game Pass App beta.

FEEDBACK. If you give feedback about the Xbox Game Pass App beta to Microsoft, you give to Microsoft, without charge, the right to use, share and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose. You also give to third parties, without charge, any patent rights needed for their products, technologies and services to use or interface with any specific parts of a Microsoft software or service that includes the feedback. You will not give feedback that is subject to a license that requires Microsoft to license its software or documentation to third parties because we include your feedback in them. These rights survive this agreement.

PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE. The Xbox Game Pass App beta is a pre-release version. It may not operate properly or work the way a final version of the software will. We may change it for the final, commercial version. We also may not release a commercial version.

Ratings and reviews

It's cool I just want to be able to play games I actually OWN or have installed on my system.. That alone would make this a game changer.. If the few ideas that I have or some if the recommended from other players were implemented it could turn Xbox in not just a better direction but one that could actually sustain the future cause right now it's not looking good. (Sales or Bringing in new customers)

Very good, I had no problems so far. I would like to suggest a feature. Play cloud gaming with mobile controls, without a controller and support for every game.

It's really great if you don't have a console, or someone is currently using your console at home. One question though, if you own a game that's able to be played here, but you don't have game pass, are you still able to play it here or will you have to buy game pass?
