Quality of products is reasonable. Returns are not realistically possible. First there is a technical error generating the return label. After contacting support you get a working return label. Then after you return the item, they provide AI faked photos of "stains" on the returned items, even if you never tried them. So this store is fine of you accept you cannot return, but beware of the issues if you want to.

Update Edit: They started using AI models on Instagram, one of which had her lower naked body exposed. So disappointed. Good app with large range of sizes and colors, unfortunately I feel like the quality of the clothing has gone down over the last few years with sizing being a problem despite taking my measurements. A good chunk of the armholes are not elastic or are too small for the size they are or the bust area is not properly constructed.

Good app with a wide selection of trendy as well as classic designs, but I do feel frustrated sometimes with the sizing especially with tops that have "cups" since they're always too small and don't cater to bigger chested women (sizing up is not an option because the piece would be too big everywhere else, I'm a size xs/s). some tops and dresses have a cup seam that doesn't really do anything, I suggest making the design without it. this would make it fit more people.
