How anyone can give this rubbish app more than one star just baffles me. The app is full of bugs. Today I tried scheduling a post with a video, upload went well but on checking no video had been added to the draft post. You can't add notes to photos in this app. The app doesn't always save work, even after using the save as draft option. Do not rely on this app for your business, you will end up having to redo work.

Posting stories from this app to Instagram works very poorly. Tagging someone in a story doesn't work, and it's only possible to add music to Facebook stories (not Insta stories). Also, editing text etc. is much more limited than in the mother app - unnecessarily so I would say. All in all, this renders the posting stories function pretty much useless. I still use the app to check messages and sometimes schedule posts. Contrary to what others say, I find the inbox quite useful and functional.

App overall is very useful and convenient. However, could you please improve managing messages in the inbox? Chats sometimes disappear, or take a long time to load. Also, images sent can't be viewed easily, and when sending an image, the edit feature works, but doesn't send after editing. So pretty much needs a lot of improvement. Also, it would be better if saved replies are easily accessed, just like the UI in the messenger app. EDIT: can't view photos at all
