It's a really great app in that it's easy to set up and maintain your ads. However, my account got hacked. Facebook disabled it, and there's nothing in their FAQ's about how to reopen the account. And of course, there's NO phone # to call and discuss it with anyone. I sent several emails but didnt receive a reply. So, if you decide to advertise on FB, which almost doubled my business, know that there is ZERO customer service if you need assistance with an ad or u have a billing issue!

Costly disaster! It kept saying the payment didn't go through. Couldn't make payment via credit cards. Tried using Pay Pal. I kept receiving messages that the payments didn't go through. Now my account shows multiple, duplicate payments made!!! The ai generated messages are NO help at all!!! There are no humans here!!! It is costing hours trying to fix this, if it is ever fixed!? Very expensive and time consuming mistake using this app/system!!!

Terrible! I tried to use the app to pay and it caused my account to be charged twice, making USAA think it was fraud. Reached out to FB and they restricted my ad account without anyone responding or notifying me! I have never had a problem with FB/ Meta. But I figured being on the move in July preparing for a funeral, it would be easy to do things on my phone and you can't do meta in the FB app. you have to download this app in order to use it. Wish I never did! I give it -0 if I could!
