Ratings and reviews

It was going great. If there's any defective product, Daraz would return and refund me without any problem. But the issue I have right now, is that Daraz has been increasing delivery charges, decreasing cut rate in Daraz freebies and what's with the 3% charge on every order off of COD products? Not to mention the 3 free spins for a free product on Daraz Gems page that's coded to land on only the 1st, 3rd and 5th option. Seriously Daraz, fix this. ALSO, you've been getting some of my orders late

So far my experience with Daraz has been excellent. I haven't had any complications ordering, receiving and maybe sometimes cancel or return and refund. It's a good platform for shopping. But you must know the dealer you're getting from and compare the price to other platforms, it's like roaming a market for the best deal, but while sitting in one place. Keep up the good work.

Disappointed with the new update. The UI looks a little better but functionality has degraded. The filters are just for show, they don't work at all. The older version had option to view products from just one brand which is no longer available now. When I search for a specific product from a brand, it shows irrelevant ones first and then I have to search for a long time to find the one I am searching for. Very disappointed 😔😔😔.
